Wild Berries 3

When I was a kid, my grandpa brought us a small raspberry bush for our new house on Monac Drive. We had a garden next to the garage, bordered by a white picket fence. We had strawberries, zucchini, tomatoes and other vegetables. Grandpa planted his single raspberry in a corner of the garden.

Wild Berries 2

These tiny white flowers will soon be delicious wild raspberries.

Wild Berries 1

Wild black raspberries. Looks like the birds got there first. Saved one for me. Delicious!

Musicians Hall

As soon as I quit messing around in Photoshop, I’ll get The Pitch emailed out to everyone. Lots of good news in this issue…

Queen Anne's Lace

I didn’t do any special processing here, just converted it to black and white in Photoshop.

Resting Place for Basses

Complete with an angel hiding in the trees to watch over them.

White Melon or Squash Flower

Another white flower, this time a simple melon or squash blossom just before dawn.

On my way across the country in 2009, I stopped in Denver for the two day Colorado Drupal Camp. The Colorado Drupal Camp is probably one of the best events I’ve ever attended.

The Queen's Fly

Who knew that flies could be so colorful? This fly chose to sleep on a bed of Queen Anne’s lace.

Spiders Series #6

I managed to capture the structure of this spiderweb while the spider was actively working on it. If you know what kind of spider this is, please let me know in the comments.
